Mind Coaching Golf Package
Price = £149 Per Person
Meet and greet and outline the events of the two days.
A short discussion about the role the mind plays in golf and find out about the issues the attendees may have in this area. The aim of play on the first day is to be more mindful about their approach to the game mentally.
- Notice what their internal dialogue is like
- Do they get tense at any time during play
- Did they get stressed or lose their temper
- Noticing if they have a consistent pre-shot routine
- What is their breathing like (short and sharp/deep)
10:30 am onwards
The attendees go out and play the course.
Once they have played 9 holes they will be served lunch and then have a feedback session about what they noticed during play. During play Eric's role will be to walk the course and talk with the golfers about various aspects of the mental game.
1:15 pm onwards
Lunch at Belmont Lodge.
Then Eric will run a feedback session and give some coaching on how to improve certain aspects of their mental game.
After lunch there will be the opportunity to go to the range to work on some of the techniques or play 9 holes on the course.
After the afternoons range work or play the attendees will have a break before dinner.
Three course meal at Belmont Lodge.
After dinner there will be an evening workshop that will focus on issues that have been noticed throughout the day with Eric giving a full talk and specific individual feedback.
Areas covered will include:
- How to improve focus
- Creating a repeatable pre-shot routine
- Noticing and eliminating tension and anxiety
- Creating positive internal dialogue
- Improving visualisation
Attendees will be encouraged to input, challenge and experiment on various aspects during the talk.
Each attendee will receive a free CD based on an aspect of the game.
(As a great beta test some will be encouraged to listen to the CD during the night and after the following days play they can report their findings).
Breakfast at Belmont Lodge.
There will be a brief morning meeting after breakfast to remind them to implement the techniques during today's play.
Again I will walk the course to help and consult with any issues or questions there may be.
18 holes of golf on the Belmont course
After play lunch will be eaten and then finally another gathering to discuss the benefits of the last two days.
