The Hereford Flower Festival ‘A Passage of Time’ begins today raising funds for St Michaels Hospice. Local Herefordshire Crafts, lunches and cream teas plus an evening of floral entertainment with Alan Beattie are just some of the attractions. The Festival will be held at Lyde Arundel until 21st May 2012 between 10am – 4pm.

Whether you want a short break, mid-week break or weekend away playing golf, we offer a range of golf break packages to suit your needs as well as special offers and promotions during the year. Our golf course hotel has 30 3-star bedrooms, 26 of which are twin or double and 4 are larger family rooms, so you can brings the kids too. All our golf break rooms are en-suite with bath & shower plus they come with views across our course and the scenic Wye Valley with its landscape of trees and rolling hills. The rooms have all been redecorated for the 2012 season, have comfortable new beds and also feature TVs, a hairdryer, telephone, a work area and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.

Our golfing breaks include golf on the day of arrival and departure as well as full English breakfast & dinner and are priced based on 2 sharing. The hotel bar & restaurant is situated within the listed Belmont House itself and we also offer a range of additional facilities including; function rooms, free Wi-Fi, fishing along the River Wye and complimentary use of a local Spa as part of our spa golf breaks.

The golf was disturbed only by woodpeckers and swans flying along the river Wye.
